After doing a search on solar generators I decided to buy the Oukitel 2001 Plus with the 400 watts solar panel for its effectiveness and cost, it's very easy to understand and use. Also they sent me the trolley which I needed because I am a handicap person, I will used in emergency situations, blackouts and during hurricane season since I live in Florida. This is my first solar generator and I am very happy with my purchase, it works 100% on all the electrical appliances in my house, I feel comfortable and calm because my house will always be protected by the Oukitel power system. I bought the P5000 kit & used 1 time as the power was outages; it is more quiet than the gas generator; I used for lamp, fridge, freezer, & phone charger without any problems. It provided enough power to use for my appliances for overnight; but I don’t know how many days that is out of battery; so, so far so good & will update it more later. Customer services is fast to respond to all my concerns. Thanks

Powered my TV, cable modem and router for 3 days. I haven't fully charged it with the solar panel but 1 hr charge brought it up 20% in full sun. When a shadow covered part of the panel, charging went way down. Very nice!

We did research for a portable power station and are comfortable with our decision. The customer service is excellent and informed the shipment status well. Their emails are in a very polite manner. We just received the unit, so not ready to review its performance, but so far, we are happy with the solar panels' light weight and the design. The unit is heavy, but the size is compact enough, and the built-in carrier is convenient. But it IS too heavy for a woman in 50s to lift. Since we live in NH, solar charging is not exactly the most efficient, and we did not anticipate the unit to charge quickly like it would do in the south/ south west. We are in fall now, and it took us 2 full days (the total sun exposure was about 12 hours) to charge the unit to 100%. We hope it will be better in summer. The best feature of this unit we think is the fact that it can recharge and discharge at the same time. We are hopeful it will perform well, but I intend to write another review when we test the unit for some appliances.
