1. The charging voltage of the Anderson charging port is 12V-50V, and it will be damaged if it exceeds 50V.
2. The input voltage of the AC port is 90V-130V and the power reaches 1100W, otherwise it cannot be charged normally.

The station is Built-in Smart and Silent Cooling Fan, during charging of it, the fan will be automatically turned on when the unit is hotter to maintain the unit, when the temperature drops to a certain level, the fan will be turned off.

When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 10ms.

This is our 2nd P2001 unit. We use it to power the fridge during blackouts. It lasted 25hrs just like the specs predicted, Up from 17hrs of 1st unit. Great job!

P2001 with Solar Panels
All items arrived in great condition about 4 days after ordering. Hooked up the solar panels to the P2001 to charge. the P2001 arrived with a 27% battery charge. The battery charged to 98% in about 5-6 hours, just before sunset. the weather was partly cloudy. We also have another P2001 that was purchased several months ago, maybe the end of last year. it has been sitting for several months without being charged or used. turned it on and the battery had a 98% charge. quite impressed with that. I tried to call and speak to someone about the package of the P2001 and the 400w panels prior to ordering. Sent multiple emails. I received NO Reply from anyone, till this day. I am not happy with the customer service, at this point. the product is working up to my expectations. My biggest concern is the lack of communication/customer service if a have any issues in the future. I have purchased 2 of the P2001 and 1 of the 400w solar panels, thus far. I was hoping to make a deal on another 400w panel for my first P2001 prior to purchasing the current P2001 and panel package. I am a loyalty purchaser. Once I make a purchase a product, I like to stick with the same products and company, providing I perceive value and a quality product for my investment. I am not sure I have received that, as of yet. This is a product that my wife wanted as a backup to our gasoline powered, Honda EU generators. Happy Wife, Happy Life, for now!

Powered my TV, cable modem and router for 3 days. I haven't fully charged it with the solar panel but 1 hr charge brought it up 20% in full sun. When a shadow covered part of the panel, charging went way down. Very nice!

Hopeful for Its Performance

We did research for a portable power station and are comfortable with our decision. The customer service is excellent and informed the shipment status well. Their emails are in a very polite manner. We just received the unit, so not ready to review its performance, but so far, we are happy with the solar panels' light weight and the design. The unit is heavy, but the size is compact enough, and the built-in carrier is convenient. But it IS too heavy for a woman in 50s to lift. Since we live in NH, solar charging is not exactly the most efficient, and we did not anticipate the unit to charge quickly like it would do in the south/ south west. We are in fall now, and it took us 2 full days (the total sun exposure was about 12 hours) to charge the unit to 100%. We hope it will be better in summer. The best feature of this unit we think is the fact that it can recharge and discharge at the same time. We are hopeful it will perform well, but I intend to write another review when we test the unit for some appliances.
